We started this journey ten years ago with a single conversation—just a few diesel mechanics working in the heat, getting dirty, and paying the bills. Like so many others, we were focused on the job in front of us, until we took a moment to stop and really look around.

That’s when it became clear: every business in our community plays a role in everyday life. Our work on these trucks means nothing without the drivers hauling the loads. Those loads wouldn’t move without the demand for the merchandise inside them. And that merchandise doesn’t come from thin air—it’s built, grown, assembled, and produced by another hardworking person, just like you, likely in the same conditions we were standing in.

We recognize the importance of the workforce around the globe—the men and women who show up every day to provide for their families.
