REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our biggest priority and we want you to be happy with your purchase! If it doesn't work out for any reason we accept returns and exchanges on Unworn, Unwashed, and Free Of Blemishes merchandise within 30 days of order being marked as delivered. RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?

We try our best to maintain 100% accuracy with orders, but there are rare occasions where we experience a packing error. Please send photos of the incorrect item along with photos of the hangtags and or barcodes (if applicable) to our Returns Center, and we will take care of that for you. 

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE RETURNING

  • Returns/Exchanges will NOT be accepted after the 30 day window and will NOT be processed, sent back, refunded or exchanged

  • During the holidays, Returns/Exchanges are processed within 4-7 business days after return has been received by our facility due to the influx of returns and processing of orders

  • When opting for an exchange, items will not be held until return has been received and inspected, items are subject to availability when processed. If your return is processed after an item becomes out of stock you will be issued a refund.

  • Please make sure that the item(s) to be returned or exchanged are unwashed, unworn with original tags, unaltered in any way and free of any blemishes or it will be rejected, not processed, and donated due to it being in unsellable condition

  • Any items returned that are not sold by our company or not in original condition will be donated and return/exchange will not be processed

  • We monitor return and exchange activity and reserve the right to refuse return ability and can charge fees for any unusual or abusive/excessive behavior with returns and exchanges

  • Customers must create separate returns per order. If they would like to return items from different orders a separate return/exchange must be made on its respective order

  • We reserve the right to reject returns/exchanges if they do not comply with our return policy

  • We do NOT refund original shipping charges when your order was first placed

  • You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed

  • Non-returnable items will NOT be processed, exchanged, or refunded and will be donated due to it being unsellable for hygiene reasons

  • Non-returnable items are hats, swimwear, socks, bottles and drinkware

  • All Items marked as Final Sale can NOT be returned
